Contrary to popular belief, juries actually appreciate a defense number! Learn why, and through practical application and examination learn how to determine, introduce, and reinforce this number throughout trial. Arguing pain and suffering effectively is also critical for defending against Nuclear Verdicts®. During this session, you will discuss how most defense attorneys typically argue pain and suffering (spoiler alert: they don’t!).
